Photography By: Sara Ernst Jessica: Hair Image Professional/Manager Jessica has been a full service cosmetologist since 1999, and has been with Studio Style and Spa since April of 2002.  She strives to make people feel comfortable in the salon, as well as feeling and looking their best when they leave her chair. Jessica specializes in color, foils, cutting, razor cutting, waxing, nail services and skincare.  She enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs. She keeps up with the latest trends, and continues to improve her skills through various classes held across the Mid-Atlantic, and also attended the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas. Before coming to Studio Style & Spa in 2004, she was head spa coordinator, endermologist, and certified Bare Escentuals make-up artist at a renowned spa in Salem, Va. Since arriving at Studio Style & Spa, she has discovered her passion in life which is skin care. Jessie graduated with high honors from American Spirit Institute in Ruckersville, Va. She is also known as one of the first estheticians to receive the Department of Professional & Occupational Commonwealth of Virginia Esthetician Licensing. Jessie has completed several specialized trainings in MD Formulations, Sothy’s and Emminence Skincare, as well as advanced training in Murad and Bare Escentuals. Jessie has also had training in spa business management, make-up and esthetics classes at the International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Spa Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Photography By: CT Studio Photography Karen: Creative Hair & Nail Technician Karen has fulfilled her life long dream of being a cosmetologist. She has been doing hair, nails and skincare since 1994. She attended Mitchell's Hairstyling Academy in Raleigh, NC. "Being a hairdresser is a wonderful way of expressing your artsy side." Karen has been an employee of Studio Style & Spa since it opened in January of 2002. She enjoys doing all aspects of cosmetology including regular & razor haircuts, coloring, foiling, manicures, pedicures, make-up, skincare and all waxing services. She has been trained by OPI for all manicures and pedicures. She is also the trainer for manicures and pedicures here at Studio Style & Spa. She has always attended hair-shows to keep up to date on the latest hair trends. Recently visiting Las Vegas, NV she learned new methods of foiling, coloring, styling & formal up-do's. Karen has participated at bridal shows doing bridal hair and make-up for the models in the shows. This is one of her biggest passions. She is also available for doing hair and make-up on location for weddings, schedule permitting. She has done these services on-site at a local bed and breakfast called West Manner. 	Photography By: Sara Ernst Kristen: Front Desk Receptionist/Salon Coordinator Kristen joined the Studio Style & Spa staff in August of 2006 bringing with her two years of customer service experience. She is the salon coordinator and helps manage the front desk. She is responsible for all front desk activities, scheduling of appointments, retail product purchasing, inventory and product sales. Kristen is here to meet each client's scheduling and product needs. She has also had training in spa business, reception & make-up classes at the International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Spa Conference in Ft. Photography By: Sara Ernst Carly: Cosmetologist Carly is a full service cosmetologist who has been working in this profession since 2004, and has been at Studio Style & Spa since 2006. She attended Legends Institute for hair, skin and nail care in Lynchburg. She graduated the highest in her class, moving on to pass state board with a 96% average. She enjoys all aspects of her career, such as hair, nails, make-up, facials and waxing, as well as specializing in hair color and hair cuts. She has been trained in Redken color and cuts by Roy Peters, Grund haircuts, Aquage haircuts and Up-Do's, Martin Parson's Up-Do's and formal styles, and continues education each year with multiple classes. Carly also specializes in the new Axxium Gel Lacquer nails by OPI.

	Ashley has trained in Beverly Hills, Ca at Juan Juan Salon on Rodeo Drive by the worlds leading hair designer for the newest cutting techniques and styles. She is also professionally trained by Redken, Logics, Framisi, Wella and Matrix for color. Ashley loves every aspect of color, not only can color make you look better, it can make you look younger! No matter if you’re looking for a classic, sophisticated, dramatic, or wild color...she is the one for you! Ashley loves every aspect of her career; hair, waxing, nail services, make up and skin care. Kellie Hair Designer & Nail Technician Kellie has been part of Studio Style & Spa since the Fall of 2008, and has been a licensed cosmetologist since Spring of 2009. Kellie takes satisfaction in working with clients to give them a personal style of their own. Kellie keeps up with the latest trends by attending annual classes and workshops for hair and nails. Kellie has special qualifications in cutting, coloring & formal styling. She enjoys giving relaxing manicures and pedicures, and she has also been trained in the new Axxium Gel Lacquer nails by OPI. 	Aaron Color/Cut Specialist Aaron has been pursuing her dream as a cosmetologist since 2003, where she graduated from Legends Institute at the top percent of her class in which she graduated with an overall score of 98% on her state boards. Since then she has been professionally trained in Redken, Matrix, Paul Mitchell, Mizani, Scruples, Bedhead and OPI products. She has also had advanced education in fashion and corrective colors, as well as having become skilled in contemporary, yet funky hair styles. Aaron loves working with new clients, whether you need a touch up or a complete make-over. She is willing and eager to meet you!

When you call to set up your hair care, nail or spa services Rachel will be one of the friendly voices that will assist you in your scheduling needs. Rachel has been professionally trained in all areas of Bare Escentuals, newness and original Bare Escentuals products. She has also had training in spa reception & make-up classes at the International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Spa Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She will happily assist you with all of your make-up and appointment needs!

Cancellations To better serve our clients, we require 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments or there is a 50% charge per service. All "No Shows" will be charged 100% if two or more hours are reserved. We will confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance by phone.
