APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING:

As a courtesy to our clients we give a reminder call the business day prior to the scheduled appointment. We will also send an e-mail reminder to those who provide their e-mail address.

All Bridal parties will be called 3 days prior to attendance.

We recommend scheduling appointments 36 to 48 hours in advance.

We welcome “walk-in” guests and will do our best to accomodate last minute requests for services if scheduling allows.

To ensure the complete benefits of your salon and spa service, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to complete personal history and consent form necessary for our salon, as well as a consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel appointments, cancellations that occur the day of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the cost of the service. All "no shows" will be charged 100% of the services when 2 or more hours are reserved.

Bridal parties require a 72 hour notice prior to their appointments, any cancellations within the 72 hours will be charged 50% of the services, and all no shows will be charged 100% of the services. The decision of who makes the payment if any cancellations within the 72 hours were to occur will be up to the bride. If an attendant does not show up for the appointment, the attendant will be charged, if the attendant does not pay for the missed appointment the credit card number that was provided on the bridal contract will be charged.

FAQ's

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE/CARRY?

Styling products we use Redken and Grund hair products. Hair coloring products we use Redken & Viola. Skincare products we use & carry Murad, and Make-up we have Bare Escentuals.

CAN CHILDREN COME IN FOR SPA SERVICES?

Yes! We welcome children to our spa, if a child is under the age of 18 we require parental or guardian signature on consent form.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME OR WEAR FOR SPA SERVICES?

When receiving spa services, such as facials or massages you will be provided with a spa robe, you are not required to bring anything with you. When receiving pedicures however, we do recommend that you bring with you a pair of open toe shoes or flip-flops to ensure your nails dry properly.

WHAT IS THE DIFERENCE BETWEEN GEL AND ACRYLIC NAILS?

We are now offering Axxium Gel Nail Lacquer, which is an overlay on-top of your natural nails and will grow along with your natural nails. This gel will last 2-3 weeks. Acrylics require plastic tips to extend your nail length. We do not currently offer acrylics.

I RECEIVED A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR A SPECIFIC SERVICE, MAY I EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Yes, your gift certificate will be turned into the dollar amount in which the original service was for, and may be used towards any other service or product.

I RECEIVED A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR A SPA DAY PACKAGE, AM I REQUIRED TO USE ALL OF THE SERVICES IN THE SAME DAY?

No, you are more then welcome to split up your day packages, as long as the services are used within the 90 days of the certificate.

DO YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPIRE?

Yes, our gift certificates have a 90 day expiration date.

CAN I RECEIVE WAXING SERVICES BEFORE A FACIAL?

We do not recommend receiving waxing services 24-48 prior to your facial or any type of exfoliation. We also ask that you inform your esthetician if you are on any topical prescriptions, such as: Retin-A, Retinol, Differin, Accutane, etc.

CAN I RECEIVE SPA SERVICES OR COLOR MY HAIR WHILE I AM PREGNANT?

Yes, although we do ask that you inquire with your doctor before receiving any of these services. We do not recommend receiving massages or coloring your hair while in the first trimester of pregnancy. Facials are considered safe for the expectant mother, but we do not recommend any of the spa body treatments (such as body polishes, body masks or wraps). Please notify whomever you schedule your appointment with that you are expecting, so that the proper precautions may be taken.
